DAY 1: MARRAKECH → HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS → TELOUAT KASBAH → AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH → OUARZAZATE

After breakfast at the camp, you will return to Merzouga village via camel (or an alternative 4×4 transfer) where your driver awaits. This entire day is dedicated to uncovering the wonders of the Merzouga region. The excursion begins with a 4×4 off-road drive to visit an ancient eyeliner (galena) mine. Next, you will visit a local nomadic family, sharing traditional Berber tea in their handmade woven tent and learning about their way of life. The journey continues to the village of Khamlia, home to communities originating from sub-Saharan nations like Mali, Sudan, and Niger, where you will be treated to live Gnawa music and traditional dance performances. Following a break for lunch at a local restaurant, the afternoon includes a peaceful stroll through a nearby palm grove and a short drive to visit the seasonal wild lake of Merzouga, frequently visited by vibrant flocks of flamingos. DAY 4: MERZOUGA SAHARA → RISSANI → ERFOUD → TODRA GORGES → DADES VALLEY
